Could someone please translate the following words regarding the Buddhist eight-fold path: Understanding, Thoughts, Action, Speech, Living (Livelihood), Effort, Awareness (Mindfulness), and Concentration. Whichever characters most closely fit the old meanings would be most appreciated. Some other translations include the following: Intent, views, and conduct. If someone knows the most accurate translation, that would also help. Thank you very much.
