=No, I wouldn't call it slang. There is two ways of saying it...
You can say: ni3 zai4 zuo4 shen2me?
or
ni3 zai4 gan4 shen2me?

ni3 = you
zai4 = in
zuo4/gan4 = do; doing
shen2me = what
