Hi Chinese name is 嬴政 "Ying Zheng", came to the throne of Qin 秦 in 246 BC and died in 209 BC. He unified China in 221BC. His second son I think it was, was a weak emperor, he was called 嬴胡亥 "Ying Huhai", ruling for three years.
