Joe, I'm not Chinese, but my name is Faith and I looked it up in my Chinese-English dictionary. The word faith consists of two characters. 信心
The first (xin - pronounced 'shin' with a falling tone) means "trust, believe." The second (xin - pronounced 'shin' with a high, even tone) means heart.
This is a translation of meaning, not sound. I don't think Chinese has a "th" sound, so I'm not sure they would have anything for "Faith" phonetically, although I do know there is a name pronounced like Fay. (I think it's Fei.)
