The second one 山東婆 sometimes could be used to describe those women who are very strong.But few people will say that.
Others are not slangs.At lease not in Cantonese.

no thanks.
tough guy ,can be"强人"or"硬汉",in Cantonese slangs.
but tough female,sorry again.
Maybe there're no slangs for female who is tough or strong in Cantonese.At lease there're no short words. :(

punk:烂仔 or 基佬(gay)
hoodlum:古惑仔or烂仔
delinquent boy(girl) :监顿
strong guy:大只佬
strong female, cant find one suitable

So 'Wong Hoi Wan' could be 王海云
