I dont understand this. I installed eastern language support (I think) and I can see Chinese Characters on forums and shuch but when someone tries to email me it looks like this........

Can anyone explain whats going on here or how I can fix this?

I need help with this text.
I'm trying to get a QQ account and my chinese language skills arent quite good enough to fill in the random generator. Can anyone write this out in a reply so I can copy and paste?
