Filler words in Chinese

I sometimes find filler words can be distracting to an audience and hence I have decided to try and cut them out but it is difficult. Here are a few of the worst offenders: 那个..., 就是说, 那么，所以呢,等等，怎么说呢，非常非常。。，是不是，
Anyone else got this issue?
