what is made of?

Hello

I got a sweater from China. Initially I thought it was a wool sweater but then I realized it does not breathe, so I checked the materials. But the patch is in Chinese (Chinese has not been on top of the list of languages to learn, unfortunately maybe). So anybody who´s willing&able to tell me what materials it´s made of ? 30 % something and 70 % something I guess
