,or in two words---二十,both have the same meaning!

If you want to display any character from any other language, you need to install the fonts first. If you're using XP, click on your Desktop, and press F1, and the Help and Support Centre should appear. Type "IME CHINESE", or whatever language script you want to display, and it will give you the information on how to install the font and IME's.

Once the IME's have been installed, you can get your browser to display other language scripts, and use the IME's to enter characters in your apps.
