Where to find free audio downloads

Hi,
My daughter is trying to learn Cantonese and I am looking to find some
audio teaching aid downloads for her. She has just started learning
although her mum is a native Cantonese speaker. Does anyone have
any good links to free teaching aids?

You should check the public library. The Pimsleur series is absolutely excellent. You can also buy them, check ebay, the beginner tapes aren't too expensive, the more advanced ones are.

There are Cantonese and Mandarin lessons that you can read and listen to, as well as learning vowels, and how to pronounce them which shouldn't be hard to learn. Have fun teaching your daugher Cantonese! Also, you can go to download.com and input something like "Cantonese language learner",etc. Good luck!
