English a priority to learn?

As we know, most of the world population is bilingual, or even multilingual. The chinesemen spread to entire world, that's why many people learn mandarin, include me.
Are Mandarin or English a priority to learn?

Yes ofcourse english is high priority to learn...since in world most of the population communicate with English only...its essential to to learn so that any one can survive in this world.....is there is need to communicate with china definitely the numbers of learning chinese will be increased....

I agree, it is important to learn english especially when you plan to travel.

i think english is a priority to learn the foreign we must learn is english
people always speak english when meeting foreigners
