Chinese movies pool??

I have been always searching for some site, which offer some vcd with English speaking while chinese chareter is subtitled, but with none found so far. I just checked out one site www.av89.com , which seems selling over 10,000 chinese movies, but most are in chinese language. Does anybody know any site offering English speaking but with Chinese subtitle
