Due to the fact that there are many Hakka variants it might be difficult to get hold on audio files for your variant. e.g. for de variants spoken in Taiwan there is plenty of audio available.
Best way would be to find someone close to you to get the proper tones for your variant.

lay nui pun yau = your girl friend (?? not sure about this)

MyAnts has several channels of TVB and ATV.

For those in Europe and Australia there is satellite TVB-E subscription at affordable fee.

Mixing traditional and simplified Chinese is not proper. Whether to use traditional or simplified is determined by the country. Mainland China uses simplified. CCDICT no longer shows both the simplified characters and the traditional characters equivalent.
